- supply of forms and documents and action required from visa applicant and/ or sponsor
- assistance to accurately complete forms and documents
- preparation of all necessary submissions to the Department of Immigration in Australia or to Australian Visa Offices overseas
- ongoing liaison with Immigration and other government authorities as required
- arrangement of medical and police checks as required
- ongoing progress reporting
